Service Agreement
By booking a cleaning service with ANERIK CLEANING SERVICES LLC, you agree to these terms. Services are provided as described in your confirmed booking details and quote.
Pricing & Payment
Prices provided through our website are estimated ranges. Final pricing is confirmed after assessing your specific requirements. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
Access & Entry
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a trip fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
Liability
We carry general liability insurance and take great care with your property. Please secure or notify us of fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
